EBU GO Peer Learning Circle: Sustainable Resource Management at Concert Venues

How can concert venues make sustainable resource management part of everyday operations? In this 90-minute peer learning session, two experts from public service media organisations share practical experiences concerning their concert venues in a moderated conversation. The conversation touches on practical measures and topics such as management support, audience needs, operational challenges, and the balance between sustainability, financial realities and artistic quality.
